The Society holds two Annual Meetings in the spring and fall each year. These meetings are considered the largest academic NDT conferences, providing forums where industry, academic, and research experts discuss and exchange information. Accordingly, these events serve as a stepping-stone to the development of academic and industrial technology in the NDT domain. Since the first conference in 1982, the Society has held about 70 academic conferences.
In the conferences’ early days, only fewer than 10 papers were presented. In contrast, nowadays, more than 100 innovative and insightful studies are showcased. Furthermore, the NDT workshop has attracted the attention of many through its state-of-the-art equipment and the latest NDT technology.
Moreover, each of the six academic divisions and five technical divisions selects topics about the latest NDT technology once a year and holds workshops and symposiums.
